Guidelines

Kenise Barnes Fine Art represents emerging and established contemporary artists working in oil painting, drawing, video, photography and sculpture.

Submissions should include the following:
• Cover letter
• Biography
• A disc with no more than 15 recent digital images with dimensions and materials. You may also include printouts of images and pricing history.
• Self-addressed, stamped envelope with adequate pre-paid postage for return of materials. If you send a disc and do not want it back we are happy to reply via email.

Please note that the gallery will not return materials without a return envelope. You are also welcome to include reviews, announcements, and other written materials, which discuss your work. We ask that you please do not telephone the gallery regarding your portfolio. We review material once a month. After we have had the opportunity to review your submission, we will either return your materials or contact you to arrange a studio visit.

Due to the large number of submissions we receive, please understand that it is not possible for the gallery to critique work on an individual basis.
