Kenise barnes Fine Art participates in “All Fired Up” a county wide celebration of The Clay Art Center’s 50th Anniversary. 60+ venues throughout Westchester present ALL FIRED UP! A Celebration of Clay in Westchester. This consortium project, led by the Westchester Arts Council, the Clay Arts Center, and steering committee of eight cultural organizations, will encompass museums, multi-art centers, library—and college-based galleries and alternative sites showcasing regional, national, and international works of art that explore the breadth and depth of ceramic expression—from folk arts to fine arts, historical to contemporary.

All Fired Up!

Will include a wide range of related activities—not just exhibitions but panel discussions, workshops and classes that will provide the public with opportunities to deepen their appreciation of ceramic arts and to engage in art-making activities. The scope of activities—from introductory workshops to in-school artist residencies to master classes for established artists—will reflect the range, diversity and expertise of the consortium members.
