Jill Parisi's masterful sculptures are showcased in this exciting display of pink, yellow, and orange fiber reactive dye and acrylic ink on handmade overbeaten abaca fiber and center pieces of orange fur and yellow feathers. The papers are hand-cut and arranged in floral patterns with wire which allow them to float away from the fabric covered back panel. This display technique translates the weightlessness and fine quality of the paper while also allowing light from behind to illuminate Parisi's colorful papers. Sculptures are protected with a five sided clear acrylic shadowbox wth a french cleat.
