Jill Parisi's masterful sculptures are showcased in this exciting display of a single sculpture of acrylic ink on yellow and gray handmade overbeaten abaca fiber with black fur and pink feathers. The papers are hand-cut and arranged in floral patterns with wire which allow them to float away from the fabric covered back panel. This display technique translates the weightlessness and fine quality of the paper while also allowing light from behind to illuminate Parisi's colorful papers. Sculptures are protected with a five sided clear acrylic shadowbox with a french cleat.
